Key Responsibilities
Registered Behavior Technicians at Developmental Journeys provide in-home, school, and community ABA across Middle Tennessee. We’re looking for people who want to help children and families every day.
- Deliver one-to-one ABA in homes across Wilson, Smith, and Rutherford Counties
- Support learners in school settings
- Provide community-based sessions as assigned
- Follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision, with paid training available
- Partner with families using a family-centered, individualized approach
Qualifications
Current hiring need is in Wilson, Smith, and Rutherford Counties, with Trousdale and Macon Counties coming soon.
- Active RBT credential, or willingness to complete paid training and supervision
- Reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions
- Availability for flexible full-time or part-time hours
- Comfort working with children and families in home, school, and community settings
Credentials & Certifications
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Required
