You are the constant

Confidence for the everyday moments

Therapists visit a few hours a week. You're there every morning, every mealtime, every meltdown, every bedtime. Parent training gives you the tools and confidence to turn those everyday moments into opportunities - without burning out.

You're the expert

We give you the tools

Coaching for caregivers

Tools for the hours we're not there

Parent training is where the insights from your child's therapy plan come home with you. A BCBA walks alongside you - in your house, with your child, during your actual routines - and helps you understand why your child does what they do and what you can do about it in the moment.

This isn't a lecture. We're working with you on what's actually hard, so that you leave each session with new tools and strategies to make each day a little easier.

Coaching is part of every ABA program we run. Both founders are parents of children with autism, so decision comes from lived experience of exactly what it's like to be in your shoes.

Who it's for

Parents who are ready to feel equipped

New to ABA

Families just starting therapy who want to understand what their child's team is doing and why.

Feeling stuck

Parents whose child is making progress in therapy but the same challenges keep happening at home.

Managing transitions

Families facing a change - a new sibling, a school move, a big shift in routine - who need a plan for it.

How it works

Practical learning, in your own home

1

Understand your goals

We start by learning what's hardest for your family and what you most want to feel confident handling.

2

Learn the why

Your BCBA explains the behavior principles behind your child's patterns - in plain, useful language.

3

Practice together

We try strategies live, in your actual routines, with your child in the room, so you know it works.

4

Build from there

Each session builds on the last. You grow more confident, and we gradually step back as you take the lead.

Good questions, honest answers

What does a parent training session look like?

Sometimes in your living room, sometimes at the kitchen table. We talk through what's been happening, try a strategy or two with your child there, and keep the ones that fit your week.

Do both parents need to participate?

It's most helpful when the adults who are most involved can join, but there's no requirement. We work with whoever is there, and we'll make sure the strategies are easy to share with others in your household.

I'm not a behavior expert. Will I understand it?

That's the whole point. If we ever say something that doesn't make sense, tell us and we'll say it differently.

How often do we meet?

At least once a month, often more when you're just getting started. We adjust based on your goals and how things are going, and spread sessions out as you feel more confident.

Is parent training covered by insurance?

It is often covered as part of ABA services. We'll verify your benefits before we begin so you know what to expect.

Ready to talk?

Let's take the first step together.

We'll tell you what happens next, and what it would cost. That's the whole first call.
